For 2021-2022, Vitus upgraded to a true 1x system: Box Four 8-Speed with 11-42T wide range cassette and 32T Samox narrow-wide chainring. Includes clutch-activated wide rear derailleur with limited slip clutch to stop chain slap, Box Four multi-shifter, and 110-link chain. Simple, reliable, huge range for climbs, and chain stays on. No front derailleur to worry about.
